- "Application" means our software provided by LUJO UG for installation on devices such as phones, tablets or Android TV.

4. Data We Process
4.1 Personal Data you provide
In general, our apps can be used without you having to provide contact details. If you contact us (for example by e-mail), we process the information you send us, such as your e-mail address and the content of your message.

When you use the Service, technical Usage Data may be collected automatically, such as:
- IP address of your device, operating system, device type and app version,
- date and time of access and the way you interact with the Service,
- information generated by advertising and analytics tools.
4.3 Payment data
If you purchase paid features, payments are processed through external payment providers (for example Google Play, Apple App Store or PayPal/Braintree). We do not store full payment card details; such data is processed directly by the respective provider in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We process Personal Data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Provision and operation of the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance),
- Monitoring and improving stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests),
- Customer support and communication when you contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR),
- Advertising and reach measurement using third-party ad networks (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR, depending on jurisdiction),
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
6. Analytics and Advertising
We may use third-party providers to analyse usage and display advertising in the apps. These providers may use cookies, mobile identifiers and similar technologies to collect Usage Data and show you interest-based ads.
In particular, we may work with:
- Google Analytics
- Google AdSense / DoubleClick
- AdMob by Google
- MoPub
- AdColony
- AppLovin
Each provider has its own privacy policy explaining how data is processed and which opt-out options are available (for example through device settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance).

We only share Personal Data with third parties where this is permitted by law, for example:
- with service providers who support us in operating and analysing the Service,
- with advertising partners for displaying ads in the apps,

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can delete this information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available within the app or on the relevant website. If changes are material, we will take appropriate steps to inform you and update the "Last updated" date.
